Airshow 2010

Tim has been in & around aviation all his life. Born and raised in California his father first took him to the Reno National Air Races about 1966. From there his love and appreciation for aviation has continued. Tim served 22 & 1/2 years in the Air Force Reserve, retiring in September 2005. He was an Egress Systems mechanic on F-4s and F-16s. Tim joined the airshow as a volunteer in 2000 and was assigned to refueling duties because of his knowledge of safety & aircraft ground operations gained with the Air Force. In 2002 he was assigned as a "Sector Co-captain" reporting to the Ramp Boss and Command Post with responsibility for 1/2 the airfield during the show. Since the show moved to Temple in 2003 Tim has been involved in all phases of planning, organization and presentation of the Central Texas Airshow. He assumed the role of Vice President following the 2009 show. Tim has been an Insurance Claim Adjuster since 1992.
