Attendees to the Central Texas Air Show will have the opportunity to lace up their boots and take part in a virtual mission at the United States Army’s Virtual Army Experience. The high-tech, team-based mission challenges participants, 13-years and older, to employ teamwork, rules of engagement, leadership and state-of-the-art military technology to successfully complete their mission. The experience, where participants can also play the America’s Army PC game against Real Soldiers, is open to air show attendees Saturday and Sunday of the Airshow,

Welcome to the inaugural news update from our brand new website for the Central Texas Airshow. We want to let you know about some of the exciting things in store for the 2010 Airshow!
First, tell all your friends and mark your calendars now for April 30th – May 2nd, 2010.
Second, you spoke and we listened…after a brief hiatus in 2009 our Friday night show will return! It seems everyone loves the night show as much as we do. Stay tuned for information on particular night flying acts and of course – there’s going to be fireworks!
Third, we’re working hard to line up some exciting new air show acts as well as booking some of our long time favorites. Everything is on track for bringing to you one of the most exciting Central Texas Airshow events ever.
